Long, flowy, and elegant, this dress was designed by Pierre Labiche in Paris. It is a rare piece and truly one-of-kind! Garment is lined and constructed from plisse fabric giving it the appearance of a multitude of heavenly pleats. Features a v-neckline and shoulder pads. Solid black in color with a contrast of separate whimsy white pleats along the bottom, each affixed with a small rhinestone. Dress has a lot of stretch and is a pullover.
